The F.F.I program is for individuals that complete the 3-month ReNEWal Mind program. Program participants are assigned a mentor who will help them through the many stages of their development. Most WOTSO mentors are ex-felons that have successfully transition back into society and now run successful businesses. The mentees will learn business etiquette, ethics, and life skills training to empower them in their entrepreneurial journey. 

According to the Bureau of Justice Statistics, over 700,000 prisoners are released back into our communities every year. Within three years of their homecoming — despite many ex-felons' best intentions to "go straight" — 67 percent will be arrested, and more than half will return to prison. Studies show that a reentry mentor's support and accountability can make the difference between a successful return to society and re-offending. Mentorship is of vital importance to those who lack direction. 

The Ignite program is a 12-week program that uses an adverse childhood experience (ACEs) evidence-based prevention curriculum.  Adverse childhood experiences come in many forms, from physical and mental abuse to neglect and household dysfunction. Our program help participants gain control of their lives and heal inner wounds. Working together, we can help create neighborhoods, communities, and a world where every person can thrive.

The Re-NEW-al life group equips men with the tools to repair the aspects of their worn, rundown, or broken life. Men who join the Re-NEW-al Life Group will discover what makes them unique and learn how to renew the men they are called to be in this world.
